Notice is given that an Annual General Meeting of the Bundaberg Race Club Inc. will be held at the Bundaberg Race Club, 20 Maynard Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670 on Monday 12th September 2022 at 5:30pm.

1. The Management Committee's report; statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the association for year ending 30 June 2022.
2. The receiving of the auditor's report upon the books and accounts for 30 June 2022.
