• The Management Committee's report; statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the association for year ending 30 June 2024.
• The receiving of the auditor's report upon the books and accounts for 30 June 2024.
• Election of members of the Management Committee.
• Appointment of an auditor.
• 2025/26 Membership Fees
